IMAC/R/D – The entire lifecycle of your hardware in the hands of our professionals!
For us, colocation doesn’t mean only providing racks or cages. Of course, we support you throughout the entire lifecycle of your installed hardware. With our IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), our data center engineers provide comprehensive services for everything you have installed in your racks in our data centers. Furthermore we also take care of Remove and Disposal. This way you save resources and time for travelling to the data center and all activities around your installed hardware.
All IMAC activities, such as the enclosure of racks, installation of servers, cabling of hardware or work on the power supply, can be set up without much effort via our ticket system.
Available IMAC services:
- Procurement of hardware
- Professional installation and cabling of racks and other system components
- Planning of installation locations and data center occupancy
- Enclosure of racks and rack islands
- Inspection and acceptance of deliveries
- Relocation or removal of hardware and verification
- Support with remote system maintenance (e.g. switching hardware on or off, reconnecting cables, etc.)
- Installation, removal and disposal of materials and components
- Documentation of CIs in the CMDB
Our qualified IMAC team takes care of the implementation and documentation of all work. So this service goes far beyond remote hands. You can simply delegate via ticket to our certified personnel, who are perfectly familiar with the conditions in the data center. You don’t have to be present during the implementation and you don’t have to connect via videoconference. The services to be performed are taken from the ticket according to your instructions it will be performed, documented and reported back to you upon successful completion.
