You want to operate your systems in a fully remote manner without needing to do any on-site work? Having your hardware operated by noris network will help you achieve significant benefits. When providing the hardware service, noris network will assume the complete range of services from installation and monitoring through to replacement of faulty components. The prerequisite for this service is an existing maintenance contract with the manufacturer of the hardware or cold-standby components. As an option, noris network will also take over the procurement of the hardware including maintenance contracts, as well as its administration for you.
