SONAX GMBH – Flexible combination of colocation, cloud and services
As part of their IT and digitalization strategy, the diverse companies in the Hoffmann Group were looking for an IT platform they could all share. The aim was to balance out the need for data sovereignty and security with the need for wide-ranging flexibility. Like other SMEs, Hoffmann and SONAX did not have the IT resources internally to carry out digital projects alongside their day-to- day IT operations. This was a real challenge for them. They lacked the technical staff, infrastructure, and specialized technological expertise required for the task.
Senacor Technologies AG – Datacenter partnership according to devops principles
In 2014, the Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken (German cooperative banks), Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, Postbank, and others joined forces to offer a new banking standard for payments on the Internet by founding paydirekt GmbH. Senacor Technologies AG, now one of the fastest-growing IT service providers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), was commissioned to develop the payment service. Senacor was soon faced with the question of how paydirekt would be operated. The company needed to find a service provider that could meet the special requirements presented by a banking application.
